What is a Virtual Doula?
A virtual doula provides education, comforting affirmations, and reassuring support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. You will be supported in a similiar way as a traditional in-person doula, expect services will be conducted virtually.

Emotional and Informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum
2 Prenatal visits to discuss educational information unique to your situation, hopes and wishes for your birth, fears or concerns, teach your partner how they can support you during labor (if you have one), how to get baby into optimal birth position, when to head to the hospital, breathing techniques, and much more.
