Our world is in a whole new situation due to COVID-19. Pregnant and birthing women need support now more than ever. So I am excited to offer Virtual Doula Support via phone/Facetime/Zoom or Skype.

What is included?

• Free phone consultation to see if I would be a good match for you  

• Continual emotional and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum  

• 2 Prenatal visits to discuss educational information unique to your situation, get you ready for labor mentally and physically, hopes and wishes for your birth, fears or concerns, teach your partner how they can support you during labor (if you have one), how to get baby into optimal birth position, when to head to the hospital, breathing techniques, and much more

• Birth Wishes (Plan) Support

• Tips/Tools/ and Resources to reduce anxiety and gain peace during this time

• In-person labor support at your home before heading to the hospital (if desired & local)

• Unlimited text, phone and video call support throughout your labor and two hours postpartum whenever you need. To assist with comfort measure ideas, help labor progress, take stress off your birth partner, and answer any questions. 

• 1 Postpartum visit to discuss your birth, postpartum and newborn care, and any feeding questions

If you are a local client all services can be in-person. It is whatever your comfort level is.
